Martech Group is currently engaged in various projects throughout Ontario and Quebec. Our projects range from small scale residential projects to large scale commercial projects and industrial projects. Some of our past and present projects.
Designated Substance Abatement Management
A multi-million dollar asbestos abatement project that was completed in March 2013 and involved more than 100 containment setups and areas. The building was located in the downtown Toronto core and was a sensitive telecommunications building with seven operating levels. In October 2010 Martech began performing the initial designated substance survey and authored the abatement management specifications for the project.
Other Designated Substance Surveys
Martech is currently engaged in various designated substance surveys throughout Ontario. Moreover, as a result of our consistent hard work and commitment to our clients we have earned the credibility that has made us the preferred consultant of choice to carry out abatement management and monitoring operations for some survey projects.
Martech is currently involved in the evaluation and assessment of indoor environments that are suspected to be contaminated by Molds. Our clients include financial institutions, construction firms, law firms and property management firms throughout Ontario and the GTA.
Martech Group has been contracted by the Dufferin Peel Catholic Distric School Board to complete the regulated annual testing program for water as per the requirements of Ontario Regulation 243/07. Martech has successfully complete its project launch and expect to complete the testing for the next few years on annual basis.
Design and Permitting
Martech is currently involved in several projects involving design and permitting of residential, commercial and retail buildings. Projects ranging from $500K upwards to $4M in total construction value.
Martech is currently providing building science services to one of Canada’s largest retailers. From emergency evaluations and response to design and permitting for additions and renovations work. We have also opened offices in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
